Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped from Mountainside, New Jersey within 48 hours from the time the order is placed and payment has cleared Monday - Friday. Credit cards usually clear within one business day and mailed in check usually clear within three business days. These time frames are not definite and payment may take significantly longer to clear in some instances. Any order placed after 3:00 pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.

Non-Shipping Days
Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday and the following Holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (4^th of July)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Environmental Innovative Technologies reserves the right to close on other days and at different times as it deems necessary. If orders will not be shipped on an otherwise normal shipping day, Environmental Innovative Technologies will make every effort to post notices on its website or to contact the receipient about such changes.

Liability
Environmental Innovative Technologies will make every effort to make sure that all orders are shipped as soon as payment clears. However all shippping times are estimates and Environmental Innovative Technologies cannot be held responsible for late shipment of orders. Environmental Innovative Technologies also cannot be held responsible for orders that arrive late or are shipped to the wrong address unless an Environmental Innovative Technologies made an error. Environmental Innovative Technologies will only be liable up to and including the shipping cost of the order. If an error in shipment is due to a customer's error, such as entering the wrong shipment address, Environmental Innovative Technologies is not, and shall not, be held responsible for any or all cost.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• FedEx

Additonal carriers may be added or removed at any time without notice. We will try to use the carrier you select during checkout, however due to possible weight, or size restrictions, on certain products a different carrier may have to be selected. In such cases we will try and notify you before the order is shipped to try and determine the best shipping method for your order.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provied by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers, depending on the carrier and the specific shipping service selected.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of orders is based on the weight of the order, the size (dimensions) of the order, and the order destination. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the available shipping services and the cost of each. You will have a chnace to not palce the order if you decide not to.

Backorders
On all product pages, under the quantity selector, products are shown eithe "In Stock" or "Backorders". If an item goes on back order we will contact the person named under the billing section of the order (if different from the order destination contact). You will have the choice of have the available portion of your order shipped or wait until the backordered items become available.

Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
We currently accept the following types of payment:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Check*
• Cash**
• Purchase Order*

*If paying by Check or Purchase Order (PO), all orders must be place by either calling Environmental Innovative Technologies at 800.348.1060 or by printing out the order form and mailing it to Environmental Innovative Technologies. Orders will not be shipped out until payment clears.

**If paying by cash you must call Environmental Innovative Technologies at 800.348.1060 to place your order or place the order in person at Environmental Innovative Technologies's warehouse. Only exact change is accepted and only for orders that are being picked up at the Environmental Innovative Technologies warehouse.

Failure of Payment
Any check returned unpaid or for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) will incur a $35.00

Environmental Innovative Technologies reserves the right to charge a late penalty charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law whichever is more, against undisputed upaid amounts charged against a credit card

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return an Item
In order for your return shipment to be accepted all the condition below must be met. Environmental Innovative Technologies reserves the right to reject an returned merchandise if all of the below conditions are not met

• For a product to be returned you must get an RMA number with 30 days of the shipment date.
• After receiving an RMA number, all items must be received by Environmental Innovative Technologies within 15 days
• A copy of the RMA Receipt must be included in the shipment box. If you did not receive the email please contact Environmental Innovative Technologies
• The provided RMA number must be written on the shipment box
• Only products listed on the RMA Receipt may be present in the return shipment box and only in the specified quantities.
• All items must be returned in sellable conditions, in its original packaging with all paperwork that was included with it (such as instruction manuals, warranty notices, etc.)

A refund will not be issued until Environmental Innovative Technologies receives all of the items listed on the RMA list and they have been deemed to meet all of the above requirements. EIT Supply reserves the right to refund the money in a method it deems most appropriate (such as check, credit card credit, etc.)

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Items that cannot be return inlcude, but not limited to:

• Home Test Kits
• Literature

Environmental Innovative Technologies reserves the right to deny returns on other items not listed here that it deems not returnable

Restocking Fee
Environmental Innovative Technologies reserves the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Environmental Innovative Technologies will not refund original shipping, handling, and tax tht you paid on the order.
