PAYMENTS AND PROCESSES OF INVOICES
Environmental Innovative Technologies has the sole discretion to provied the terms of payment. Unless otherwise
agreed, payment must first be received by Environmental Innovative Technologies prior to the latter's acceptance
of an order. Unless credit term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall
be made by credit card. Invoices are due an payable within the time period noted
on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Environmental Innovative Technologies has full discretion
to cancel or deny orders. Environmental Innovative Technologies is not presonsible for pricing, typographical,
or other errors in any offer by Environmental Innovative Technologies and reserves the right to cancel any
order arising from such errors. For all consumer purchases, Environmental Innovative Technologies reserves
the right to charge a late penalty charge of 1.5% per month applied against undisputed
overdue amounts or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is more.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions,
ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not

the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators
award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent
jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration
under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party
subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
